How fast can you collect?
Same-day collection is available across Greater London and next-working-day across the UK and most EU metros. For air freight we can often place cargo on a flight the same evening if it reaches our facility before the airline cut-off.
Is my cargo insured, and for how much?
All-risk cover is written into every booking and stays live through transhipment, terminal dwell and warehousing. Cover is based on the declared value you enter at booking, so declare the true commercial value rather than a nominal one.
What if my shipment is delayed or held in customs?
Customs holds and schedule changes appear on your tracking timeline with the reason attached, and your named operations contact calls you the same day. Where a document is missing, our brokers usually resolve it before you would have noticed.
Can I ship without a business account?
Yes. Individuals ship with us constantly — relocations, family parcels, student boxes and one-off machinery moves. The booking form, the pricing and the custody chain are identical.
What does a membership plan actually give me?
An annual plan covers your per-shipment freight cost, including pickup, handling, customs work and cover, within the plan's usage band. It suits anyone sending regularly enough that individual quotes stop making sense.
How do I get help with a tracking number?
